Starlia Phillips


Starlia Phillips is a Texas artist working in sculpture, glass, and expanded media. She uses imagination, and anthropological studies to record and document shared experiences of humanity. Originally from Springtown, TX, Starlia now lives in Driftwood, TX. She is currently working toward her BFA in sculpture at Texas State University.
