Starlia Phillips


Starlia Phillips, an artist pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Texas State University, is a visionary sculpture and multimedia artist hailing from the picturesque town of Driftwood, Texas. With a passion for transforming raw materials into thought-provoking creations, Starlia’s artistic journey is testament to her dedication and creative prowess.
